It depends on the role. Some positions need prior kitchen or floor experience, others are a good entry point if you're just starting out. A good attitude and willingness to learn always count for a lot.
We're open Wednesday to Sunday, so most rotas fall across those days including weekends. Shift patterns are agreed with each team member.
Yes. We're a young, ambitious restaurant and prefer to promote from within where we can, from entry-level roles through to senior kitchen and floor positions.
